Earlier, the ear cushions I bought elsewhere were not suitable for my headphones. I was looking for suitable ear cushions.** A: This was not difficult at all. It was actually pretty easy. The video says to use fingernails to push some of the band in, but the pack I got comes with a little pick which did the job. It took all of 3 minutes to install. Just watch the video and start out at the bottom like it recommends. I did find out that if you gently stretch the band as you are trying to place it inside the space, it lines up a lot better. Also make sure the ovals line up, and that the seam of the pads points to the bottom of the headphones. **Q: How does this stay on? It doesn’t come with glue** A: Do NOT use glue .. it has a lip on it that allows you to attach it .. be patient , it takes a few moments to get it on there . I had to get a 14 year old to put it on there for me .lol Seals in the volume .. highly recommend these replacement ear pads for the Sennheiser . IT really is noise cancelling. **Q: Is this earpads different from the original one? Is it hard to install?** A: There is a slight difference, but this is very suitable and we have the ability to make this ear cushion better. This is easy to install.
