Review: Raised Ferritin Levels - I have low iron and my ferritin level was at a 7. Less than a month of taking this along with MegaFood Blood Builder (I cannot tolerate prescription iron pills), my ferritin level is up to 12! Seeing as how it can typically take months for levels to rise, I am thrilled to see that I was up that much in less than 4 weeks. I do have iron infusions scheduled but will continue to take this to keep them up to a healthy level. The pill was harder for me to swallow, but I learned if you tuck your chin (basically look down) then it goes right down.

I have low iron and my ferritin level was at a 7. Less than a month of taking this along with MegaFood Blood Builder (I cannot tolerate prescription iron pills), my ferritin level is up to 12! Seeing as how it can typically take months for levels to rise, I am thrilled to see that I was up that much in less than 4 weeks. I do have iron infusions scheduled but will continue to take this to keep them up to a healthy level. The pill was harder for me to swallow, but I learned if you tuck your chin (basically look down) then it goes right down.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CURED bacterial folliculitis!

This has COMPLETELY cured my bacterial folliculitis that was on my back, chest, scalp, upper arms and neck. I have battled this condition for 6 years and this is the only thing that has ever cleared me! I take 1000mg/day. I read they work best on an empty stomach so I take 4 spread out throughout the day when I haven’t eaten in atleast 2 hours. I know it’s the lactoferrin that cured me, I am not on any other regimen. Bacterial folliculitis is typically from staph and staph requires iron to grow and multiply. If you’re taking a supplement that is regularly sequestering the iron to be used up, then that specific bacteria (staph in my case) starves and cannot effectively multiply. Please give it a try!
