Easy to install and came with one master link pair. I'm giving it only 3 stars because of how easily many chain links became frozen after a chain slip. It appears the links were pinched and therefore frozen by slipping between the 9th gear and the spindle. Now its stressing out the entire drivetrain, especially the rear derailleur, causing more slips and more pinches. Nice way to ensure more purchases :/ Chain slips happen... a chain should be robust enough to withstand them without losing their integrity so easily. I will likely use a different brand... I suggest you do, too.
