Especially deeper shades! I have used them on mine to add strands of color here & there! Not all over! I use the pearl silver on my bleached hair all over! Worth the price, takes on very evenly. I had some dark roots at the back of the head and dark ginger base which I applied the bleach for 15 minutes, then washed it out and applied this mask. I did NOT need to bleach the hair as the colour is very bright, takes on easily and - the best part!! - doesn't bleed like crazy and doesn't stain your bath!
