I have chronic constipation and I have been trying to figure why it happens so often for me. I've been drinking lots of water and eating my veggies, but I sometimes still have trouble in the toilet. It might be because I usually don't get enough sleep. I regularly sleep like only 4-5 hours with my job and education. I then heard that maybe my gut lacks the good bacteria since I don't drink milk or eat any cheese or yogurt so I decided to try this product out after much research. I've been taking this product for a two weeks now and so far it's been pleasant when visiting the toilet. I'll update my review in the coming months to see if my chronic constipation stops. *****Update 04/21/2013***** After a month and a half of using this product, I really have no more problems using the restroom. Life is good.
