**Q: Are these single/lateral-release (like the sh-51) or multi (like the sh-56)?  are they metal?**
A: Hi RickyI've found these to be like the Sh-51 that I use for my spin shoes. Yes they are metal!  Hope that answers your questions

**Q: Are these compatible with the Peloton?**
A: My peloton bike+ came 4/1/21 with look/delta pedals, which are not spd compatible.

**Q: Hi! I had a hard time installing these into my shoes and they unscrewed when I was in spin class.  What screwdriver is suggested to tighten these?**
A: I did not use a screwdriver but a device that my trainer had which is L shaped and fit right into the screws...you can buy one at any hardware store...take your screws and they will match the size of the wrench for you...sorry that I don’t know the name or the device but I think it’s called an alum wrench

**Q: How long are the screws included with these clips? I find I keep getting 10mm and those are too short to stay in place in my shoes. I am seeking 13mm**
A: no idea the length of the screws.

Exactly the cleats I needed. I got a pair of SPIN bicycle shoes for Christmas and they had the larger cleat, that I believe is for the Peleton bike. The stationary SPIN bike we use at the fitness center has the smaller clips, which are these. I swapped the cleats out and they are great.
