A: We're now using 3M adhesive strips. It is very sticky and it can stick on the wall for over a year. Most unsticky situations are caused by low temperatures. if you buy this in winter, please heat the strips with hair dryer before you use them.

**Q: Do I have to wait for 24 hours after I stick this on the wall?**
A: No need to wait that long if you only hang your paper towel on.

### ⭐ Flimsy and not sturdy

I installed this and was very easy to install. However, a couple of weeks later the pole that holds the paper towel tilted down. I thought that maybe the part was loose and need adjusting, but there was nothing to adjust. Not sure if it is a manufacturing defect if so, it should be corrected. I was so happy with how it nice it made my kitchen look and was disappointed to see it did not hold the paper towel for too long. I am asking for a refund although I do not have the original package since I did not think I would end up returning it due to the manufacturing defect. The pole that hold the paper towel seems very flimsy and not sturdy at wll.
