My hair has always been shiny and in good condition until it became dry, frizzy and unmanageable through shock. I tried various (more expensive) products but this helped bring it back after I'd lost hope. I used it at the same time as my usual conditioner & left it longer than I probably should but it really did the trick & restored the condition when I really thought those days were over.
