A: If you check in the details of the item(s) in question, you will see that 12mm is not one of the sizes provided.

**Q: Will it fit a 30ml glass bottle with a neck size of 20/400?   Many thanks!**
A: I don’t think it will. 28ml is the largest

**Q: What sort of syringes are compatible with these adapters?  Slip lock?  Catheter tip?**
A: You want to order a "slip tip" or an "oral" syringe, or even a "luer slip" syringe but NOT a "luer lock" syringe.  The "luer lock" syringe with a screw-type of end, will not insert into these bottle-stoppers.
Sometimes there is a slight variation in width of the slip-tip syringe, some syringes fitting better than others.
