It was extremely effective, so effective that the tape survived aqua zumba (and it was a really high intensity session, lots of splashing about etc), an hour and a bit swim and a hot shower (that I was in for a while, I stretch in the shower while I shower). It was still stuck! I was amazed. When I removed the tape there was was some residue, but that's to be expected with a sprayed on adhesive. But it was easily removed with a little oil massaged on the skin. So it's really not a problem. I have very sensitive skin, but I had zero reaction to this spray, which surprised me. I expected it to be itchy and irritated but I had absolutely no reaction to it. Which made me very happy! 😄 I highly recommend this spray if you need to tape your joints for for exercise in the water. I was extremely impressed with it and I will be using it each and every time I do my exercise in the water. Does the job! *by S***W on 6 October 2025* Bought this after getting frustrated with tape flapping off after running 5km. Really sticky, make sure you wait until it’s tacky before putting on tape. Ran half marathon yesterday and tape was still stuck fast at the end. Residue is a bit of a problem.
