I started this when I turned 55 in February. The first time I took it I may have taken too much too soon. I needed a bathroom close by the first day. I rolled back the dose and increased it gradually over two weeks and no issues. I was taking it with magnesium at night and it was the first time in a year I slept thru the night with out waking up. The last year I couldn't sleep and if I did i always woke up around 4 am and had to pee. The other thing my pee was always weak like i couldn't get it out. All this changed in 2 weeks. No more middle of the night potty breaks and no more weak flow. That right there impressed me and made me feel better. After a month I realized I could stand on my right leg only. Something I couldn't do. My knee would hurt so bad and couldn't hold me. I can figure skate and my knee doesn't freak out or feel like it is breaking anymore. Now for my blood sugar. I was borderline I have worked with out any meds and changed my diet to lower it. I spent a year no carbs I was able to get the number down but I was still clocking in between 100 to 110 every morning. If I ate something it would shoot up over 140 usually. Then after month of Now Glycine I woke up and my number was 96. I was so excited I am consistently under 100 every morning I am down in the 80s I even got a lil scared as I have hit 70s. Don't want that number to get into the 60s, to low of blood sugar can spell immediate danger. I have been eating some sugar and carbs again but with plenty of veggies and fruit, the glucose is staying good and same with my weight.
