Ok, that might be a slight exaggeration.I like making my own pizza and have been making them on baking trays. I bought a pizza stone that gets hot in the oven to prevent the scourge of soggy pizza, so can no longer make the pizza on the cooking surface. It takes a bit of practise to get your pizza to slide off the paddle without the topping from sliding off the pizza and decorating the back of your oven, but if you're making your own pizzas, you're already living on the edge, right?Speaking of edges, mine came with a bit of a ding on the edge.
