A: There is no harness.

A: Hello,I am very sorry for your loss.  I had a border collie family member for 17 yrs, so I do understand.  This Douglas item is very soft, fluffy and silky.  It has beautiful eyes and the quality is excellent.  I would highly recommend it.

**Q: Is this OK to use as a dog toy?**
A: No, not designed to be used as a dog toy.

**Q: Can the dog wear a collar, if so what size?**
A: I guess it could. I don't know the neck size, but I'd think you could make a cat collar work, or maybe a collar for a chihuahua.
