Because the thumb pat of the brace is a little too long, the splint slides down during the night and my thumb isn't totally secured. My thumb hasn't popped out of the brace yet, but feels like it could at any moment. Longer thumbs of 3-4" and it would be perfect. Really long thumbs might not be braced.
