Seems like it’s being managed by AI. None of the e-mails address my answers. Yet I keep getting responses as if they helped me in some way. It’s like I’m in AI HELL! I just wanted a new seal! Not to mention the pile of paperwork required to prove I had a warranty. Although none of it paid off. I might try and return juicer if it’s not too late.

I love this juicer! I have owned 2 different Juicers in the past and they were so loud and took a bushel of fruit or veggies to make a small glass of juice. This juicer is not like that! When I first tried it out I used 1 apple 1 lemon and 1 pear and it made 2 glasses of juice; I could not believe it! It fits under the cabinets on my counter and doesn’t take up any space. I can juice before my husband gets up because it is so quiet! I Love Love Love this juicer!
