I'm not sure what's inside, but it is evenly distributed. I squeeze it and there isn't bean-bag filler to move around, it feels like it is some sort of solid foam. My hands thank you. I use this to keep my hands and fingers limber, since arthritis stiffens them up and I work with my hands for part of each day.On top of being a nice stress ball, this is also cool that I get to see that a tree is planted too! Just an all round great idea. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product & plants a tree *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 24, 2018* Great stress ball. It isn't filled with beads like every other stress ball I've used, nor is it extremely hard and therefore difficult/painful to use. Not sure what's inside but there's no unequal distribution when you squeeze, and ball goes back to its original shape when you let go. The material of the ball is soft, smooth and high quality. I've had bouts of anxiety and stress since receiving this item, and it has definitely helped.Bracelet is normal sized, so it didn't fit my small wrist, but it should be fine for anyone else.Overall, I would recommend this product, especially given that your purchase plants a tree. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works incredibly! *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 7, 2018* I am the son of the owner of this account, I bought this for myself about a month ago, and I can confidently say it works really well! At first, I was offset by how firm the stress ball was, but as soon as I used it in moments of high distress (during panic/anxiety attacks, intense anger, stress, etc) the firmness made sense. I was able to let out a good portion of anguish due to this product. It’s extremely durable. You can scratch it, throw it, and crush it without causing any damage to the product. I highly reccomend this. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/50097628-lifefortree-therapy-stress-ball-stress-relief-for-adults-and-kids](https://www.desertcart.us/products/50097628-lifefortree-therapy-stress-ball-stress-relief-for-adults-and-kids) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
