Review: Good sturdy battery pack with a good bit of weight to it ( solid bit of kit ) - Just what I wanted as I drive an automatic car and not driving much at the moment due to the virus restrictions x
Review: Bad Design leads to Compressor Failure - This is badly let down by the Compressor which has just failed after seizing up completely. I dismantled the unit to see what caused it and discovered that the compressor gear wheel had been rubbing on both the inside of the side of the case and inside of the front of the case! This caused the plastic gear wheel to melt and seize the compressor. Whoever designed it needs a rethink as the gear wheel is too big for the interior of the case or the case is too small for the gear wheel. This is presumably why they have the 10 minute warning regarding use. Won’t be buying another Sealey Product.

**Q: It says batteries not supplied with RS132. what batteries are these?**
A: im not too sure but the one I had DID have battery in it BUT I returned it due to after fully charging it, it couldn't even start a 1.4 Nissan Almera!! I bought a Clarke model instead, much better.

**Q: can this unit charge a flat battery or only used for jumping a dead battery? wondering do i need to purchase a ctek unit**
A: Hi I believe that this unit can only be used for jumping a dead battery rather than fully charging it.

A: Will charge from the mains via an adaptor.

**Q: How long does the charge last on this unit? Does it have to be regularly checked/charged?**
A: Hi,

When taking receipt of the unit for the first time, always complete the initial charge phase in the instructions.
Following this, if the unit remains in storage unused we would recommend putting the unit on charge every other week to maintain the battery inside.
If the unit is used to start a car, we would recommend recharging the unit fully before packing away.
Doing this will prolong the life of the unit.

I ALWAYS BUY OFF SEALEY THE BEST YOU CAN GET ALWAYS READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU USE IT.VERY EASY TO USE HAS A COMPRESSOR AND 2X 12V SOCKETS PLUS USB FOR CHARGING PHONES EG IF YOU GET STUCK OUTSIDE IN YOUR CAR AND YOUR BATTERY GOES FLAT THIS IS THE TOOL TO HAVE JUST REMEMBER RED CLIP TO THE BATTERY AND BLACK TO THE CHASSIS I HAVE KNOWN A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO JUST PUT THE CLIPS ON WRONG READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST BIG TIP
