I'm 38w and got it all the way in. So not for skinny. It's actually comfortable. But as the photo shows the elastic waist band rolls up. And the red stitching on the pad is me cutting it open and taking half the stuffing out so it's not like a brick in your pants. I can't get the strap for the pad to go around the leg. Won't stay there for even 5 steps. So just wear like a thong. It does keep the compression in place. And the photo is about a month of wear. Just ordered the same one. Still got 6-7 months till surgery. One a month I guess.
