I'd hit a bit of a plateau so bought the DVD for some inspiration as I had missed it when on TV. I'm so glad I did. They are really entertaining and funny and so inspirational. It has made me excited by the recipes all over again.I really really recommend the book and DVD set if you want to lose weight without denying yourself. The recipes are absolutely delicious and this way of eating definitely works. My personal favourite is the lasagne that doesn't use pasta but uses sheets of blanched leek instead.
