**Q: So who has tried several brands here?  how does this anthony’s compare to noble plate’s meatless crumbles? and to longeve?**
A: I've tried at least three different brands of textured vegetable protein, Anthony's is the only one I've bought twice. I really like this one. It's easy to use, versatile and has the best texture of all of them.

**Q: can you make sweet protein bars with this? (thinking with rice crispies, maple syrup, PB?)**
A: I haven't tried but I think you can make protein bars. The textured vegetable taste it's plain

**Q: Is serving size for dehydrated or rehydrated?**
A: Based on serving size (1/4 cup) and servings per container (28), I would think it is based on dehydrated.

**Q: Does anyone know how to season this as sausage?**
A: One of the specific seasonings that's often in sausage is ground fennel seed - in addition to whatever other spices you like (I'd suggest garlic powder, paprika, and pepper too), the ground fennel seed really boosts the sausage flavor.
