I also have a wooden floor with the shed because I have put mine on a concrete base,I was told it can stop condensation if you have a concrete base. **Q: The picture show the shed located near the wall. How is the base anchored on that side?** A: John,The shed, by the instructions is NOT secured to the wall. However, mine is located similar to the picture and I made 4 right angled brackets and secured them to the shed frame & to my garage wall. For the floor anchorage I usuned ½" raw bolts, 1 in each corner after setting frame square by measuring diagonally across the corners (this is explained in the assembly instructions). I also put 6" flashing around the 2 sides and roof, its a pity this 'reply' screen does not allow phot's to be attached as these would give a better indication of the completed shed.I think, as I am, you'll be extremely happy with the completed shed and is VFM.Hope answer is OKKind regardsGraham08/04/2015 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Motorcycle shed *by J***N on 5 March 2014* A very good sturdy shed once put together. It took me 3 days to complete on my own but you do need help on some items. You need to erect on calm days .They recommend at least 3ft of clearance around the shed free from obstructions to make it easy for you to erect. Trimetals phone you first to arrange delivery. It comes on a pallet total weight approx. 200 kg. It takes quite a while to check all the items before you erect it. It took me an hour just to check the nuts, bolts, screws and washers The Titan 940 I purchased is big enough for my Honda VFR 1200 and I have room for me to walk around. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Motorcycle Shed *by G***S on 9 May 2012* Firstly, what an excellent buy, I know it is quite expensive but 'you get what you pay for'. I have had the item for about 2 weeks and only assembled from this Monday due to the lovely weather!!!!. Here I am at Wednesday and all but the doors have be assembled and fitted. Overall the shed is exceptional high quality but I have a minor gripe - the instructions accompanying the shed are quite easy to understand but they seem to be copies of copies of copies so they have degenerated in clearance in respect of the 'figs' relating to the written instructions. The 'figs' could be larger particularly when identifying which way certain screws / nuts are fitted to avoid obstruction further into the assembly. However, I used a magnifying glass for the sectioned 'figs' without a problem and therefore I DID NOT get any sundries the wrong way. I know the suggested assmbly is carried out by two people but I done this on my own with only a couple of exceptions when my arms would not stretch to six feet so I called on the good nature of my neighbour.I previously wrote about the delivery, so repeating myself so all reviews are in one place, Timetals telephoned me to arrange the delivery (earlier than expected) and on the day their preferred courier rang giving an estimated arrival time - he was 5 minutes out!!!. He unloaded my nine packages (approx 200Kg total) and stored them in the area I requested turning down my offer of assistance. He was very co-operative, yet again with inclement weather conditions, a real plus with couriers of today.What would I say in closing, Timetals product VFM, their courier was beyond reproach and finally one happy customer!!!!!!
