Easy to assemble and sturdier than most cheap flatpack as it had extra support down the middle of the drawers and at the back of the wardrobe. It's not really high gloss. Most of it has a white, woodgrain effect and just the fronts have a sheen from some sort of plastic coating/attachment. The customer service was excellent. I had one badly damaged part which was replaced very quickly. One of the wardrobe doors also had a small chip but this is hardly noticeable after painting it white, so I am happy to accept that.
