Do you have to unplugged it after each use? How much water does it take, didn’t see a water level on the inside where the pump** A: You need to unplug from the outlet, so be careful where you use it. Fill about 3/4 with water. **Q: Should I worry about splash out water?** A: Adjust the placement of the stones, and the water should submerge the pump, usually without splashing. **Q: Can you turn the light off?** A: There is no switch for the light itself, but you can put a little rock over it. You can also adjust the rocks to make more or less sound. My cats use the fountain to drink out of! Been working well for months now. **Q: My water flow is awfully loud. I've tried adjusting water levels to no avail and moving stones around to no avail. How can I make it slower/quieter?** A: Mine was loud and fast at first as well. In general, I’m very pleased! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice little desk fountain *by N***L on October 20, 2023* I have a couple different desk fountains that I bring to and from work to change up the scene a little bit. I like this one since it has water pouring out from multiple locations. This has a plastic base. Most of these use the same exact base. One thing I do with all of them is in the plastic water base holder there are 4 corners that have a piece of plastic for support. When you fill the unit up with water these 4 areas fill up but the water doesn't drain and becomes a pain to clean or just gets stagnate. I drill a small hole near the bottom of each support so when you fill the entire base, and those areas fill as the water evaporates those areas won't hold nasty water. One thing I REALLY wish they would have done is the two most left water fall areas drain into the base where it's a cut out with a small net. But the shortest 3rd little right waterfall drains on top of the base/rocks. It would make more water noise if that area was also a screened area. Pump is quiet and the little amber LED is nice. Kinda wish there was another LED somewhere just to illuminate it more. But overall, this is a nice little fountain that is perfect for an office.
