I contacted the company and they have been very helpful and sent me a new otoscope which works perfectly. It works well and gives a good view of the ear canal. Very handy. Review: Not for regular professional use. - Great little otoscope for occasional use. Slight blue hue from LED light. White light would be better but shows up wax and tympanum. Good carry case which will hold the scope, spare bulb, ear cleaner and the tube of various sized speculums which fit with a twist. Easy for transportation. Spare bulb was a nice surprise.
