I run these Poe as I didn’t want to worry about a battery powered option as you’d struggle with battery life with a camera as capable as this! It’s made the home so much more secure and as well as being a visual deterrent it’s one hell of a camera. It’s quick to respond to commands with little to no lag, I can track objects , patrol, have set points and do different things depending on what it tracks. The black and white night vision is excellent, but if you use the built in light you get colour vision in the dark! There’s so many variables to adjust to get the camera performing how you like! The zooms amazing, the dual camera is mind blowing how that works! I can literally pan amd track but still keep the original focus point in site ! It’s very clever and excellent quality and I’ve bought 2 and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more

**Q: I don’t see dual cameras? on my reolink nvr rln8-410e the client or the app**
A: I have the same issue, only my pan/tilt work no zoom on tracking. I have contacted Reolink and they said it’s not yet available which I think is weird considering a lot of people on YouTube have those features. I am on the latest version for firmware and software.

**Q: does this camera have onvif**
A: Hello, this camera can be added to some third-party software via RTSP/RTMP such as Synology and Blue Iris, however, third-party NVR is not supported. Feel free to contact us via Amazon message if you need further assistance.

**Q: Where can I get a Power lead**
A: Hello. We are sorry that the package does not contain a power cord. If you want to power your camera with an adapter, you may consider purchasing a 12V/2A adapter on Amazon. The dimension of the adapter plug should be 5.5mm*2.1mm.

**Q: How many days does the footage stay on a 256gb SD Card?**
A: The footage is not deleted but will be over written when the SD card runs out of room.

Excellent camera. I bought it to work with my Reolink NVR which it does perfectly. I tracks people if they walk down our private drive and saves it to the hard drive. I can also view and control it from the Reolink App.
