It’s cheap but still could improve to standard bike exercise potential. This is probably the type of resistance that could be appropriate for delivery service that use e-bikes instead of regular bikes, mobiles, or vehicles. If you look at Manhattan in New York, plethora of bike lanes, barely used, why not leverage the latest in cycling equipment such as bags and totes that attach to either side of the bike, place lots of orders into the bags, and actually make use of the bike lanes and improve delivery times, lower price of delivery.
