**Q: I just received this and the lid won’t stay closed keeps on opening up. Is this normal or do I have a defective product**
A: Be sure and clasp the lid shut.  You don't just put it down.

**Q: Is this aluminum?**
A: Yes, the inside template is all aluminum.

**Q: Can this be used up to 240v in the uk?**
A: To use American products in a foreign country, you have to purchase an adapter for that country.  I am sure you can find that information online somewhere.

A: I don’t know what the inside of the pizzelle maker is made of. It is definitely non stick like Teflon.
