I've always believed that my daily B12 intake gives me that perfect energy to make it through my day. I ran out of my usual B12, so I took a chance on these. I definitely missed the curveball it threw when I first tried them. "Instant Dissolve". Most medications or vitamins that start to dissolve usually taste bad, but this one didn't which was a good thing. Any who, these might give you a good B12 intake, but no energy here like the others I have tried. It's a tiny pill that will instantly melt once in your mouth. The pill does feel a bit grainy / chalky when you take it out of the bottle.
