**Q: Has anyone used it in combination with the ComfiLife bottom seat cushion?**
A: Yes, and I concur with Dympo.  The combination of the two has made a world of difference.

**Q: is it too thick for the car**
A: Yes, it is too thick for my Nissan Altima.  I moved my seat back two inches, and the cushion still binds/slips towards the passenger seat when I slide into the driver's seat.  Once seated. it felt like my stomach was being pushed out, rather than my back supported.  Tried it in my wife's M-Class MB and it was even worse...if it was half as thick, it might work in a car

A: it's 15 inches wide and 12 high.
