On my S9+ had to go into settings and search touch sensitivity and turn on the option to increase it for use with cases and screen protectors... other phones may have similar settings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits Note8 in Huge Otterbox-type Case *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2018* I'm thrilled to have found an arm band that fits my huge phone in its giant case. I think you need to order the black one that says "Otterbox" for it to fit. I would have liked a different color but love that it fits. It does look like I have a small television attached to my arm and I can't imagine what my tan will end up looking like, but I'm loving the case. The phone slides in and out of the case easily. I put it in with the top of the phone at the bottom of the case so I can see the screen more easily. The regular band fits my twiggy arms really well but it comes with an extender for the more beefy types. Since my case already has a plastic screen cover, I was worried that adding this layer on top would make the touch screen unresponsive but it works fine.
