I was able to use the midsize version on my full-size truck - Titan's 5' 7" bed, in order to clear the already-installed bed side-rail anchors which protrude out above the bed rail caps. Did some measurements and ordered this particular bed rack for the adjustability and inherent strong structure that comes with the geometry of this design. The mounting brackets fit like gloves and everything turned out perfectly.

This bed rack is an extremely versatile setup yet very solidly put together. I spent months researching different types of bed racks and I finally decided to pull the trigger on this budget friendly rack from Hooke Off-road and I was really impressed, the rack is solid and made out of thick metal, the powder coating was perfect with no scratches on it. The packaging was really good and everything was individually wrapped, all the hardware was included and it took me and my son about 2 hours to install. It’s really an awesome bed rack at a decent price. I would highly recommend this rack!!
