Seem too easy, and too good to be true.I had to research how to use them bc there are no directions included whatsoever. I've learned through trial and error that they work best vertically on my foot. My husband has a high arch and they are difficult to get adhered evenly and don't make direct contact, however they do seem to be working somewhat.I use one on each foot at bedtime, using socks made no difference for me. I'm the morning be sure to have a wet cloth ready because there will be a thick black goo. The amount seems to reduce each consecutive time, fewer toxins to be removed maybe?The day after using I feel really well rested, thinking seems clearer, and I'm feeling stronger somehow.I suffer from toe fungus (gross, I know) but I'm now seeing healthy toenails growing in! I didn't expect that!I totally recommend these things! I've given some to my friends to try, they all have noticed beneficial differences.I paid full price for this and am already into my second box!Give them a try, they don't cost much.
