It has been a great help over the years when eating out at restaurants when we can not always know 100% what in the food we order. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terrific for Gluten Intolerance *by S***S on 25 May 2016* This is a terrific product for helping with our gluten intolerance (our doc advised against having the full testing done for celiac sunce we were already doing much better having completely removed gluten from our diet. ...thus I can't say with certainty if it is a gluten allergy or intolerance). Anyway, we avoid gluten in all of its forms as much as is possible, but a few times a year, we like to have something with gluten in it. We just take a couple of these about 5 to 10 minutes before we eat the offending food, and it works great to prevent the GI distress that plagues me after I have had something that contains gluten. Please note, though, that this does not remove the inflammation that gluten will cause in my system.
