I took the mountain blood for the first time as soon as it arrived. The primary reason I ordered it was because of its reported benefits on fatigue. I have been feeling run down and apathetic for quite some time. I've tried a lot of different vitamins and supplements but nothing has had much impact.That is, until now. The first thing I noticed quite quickly was the reduction in my sweet tooth. I had been consuming way too many biscuits, ice-creams, chocolates, etc., for my health but I had such cravings that it was impossible to avoid them. As soon as I started taking this, the cravings stopped. I have had nothing sweet for a week now. I don't think I've ever done that in my life before.
