One month or so after I started using this product my dentist notice the improvement !The gums already looked healthier and alive and now - after two months or so - some gums have completely recovered areas of the front teeth and incisive that had receded. Others not so much but there seems to be an improvement.I have been using it for more than two months now and without wishing to give away my age (cough) I suspect this unique product should work faster with younger users - as long as they are patient and determined.This is how I use it! which, by the way, is not the way recommended by the manufacturer so use your own discretion if you decide to take the "risk" - as it were. This is a 100% natural product!After flossing the teeth carefully (followed by a water jet) and brushing them gently; I apply the product directly on the edge of the gums with the tip of a cottonette. Spread it around the gums with the tip of your tongue. Leave it a couple of minutes, and then spit it out.I avoid gargling with water to let the product work on the gums through the night - or the day, as the case may be.NB You will need to deep the cottonette several times depending on the area of the gums you are treating.iI would be unhygienic to deep the cottonnette repeatedly into the bottle.
