Perfect for maximizing your workout space while offering multiple training options. ## Description SKILLWORX PLYOLLETTES: THE MODULAR 3-IN-1 CALISTHENICS TRAINING SYSTEM Function 1: Plyo Boxes By stacking the plyo box elements on top of each other, you can cover heights of 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 cm (+ 3.1 cm for the cover)). Function 2: High Parallettes x 2 By turning the large and medium plyo box elements by 90 degrees, you get two pairs of high parallettes out of your plyollettes set. Check out the exact dimensions in the product images. We also use the same ideal hold diameter of 40 mm that we use for skillworx parallettes. Function 3: Dip and Leg Raise Station Align the three U-shaped plyo box elements, and you get a fully functional dip and leg raise station. Materials and Design All plyo box elements are made of 25 mm thick laminated beechwood from sustainable FSC certified European production, the parallettes holds are made of solid beechwood. The Lucent Edition is finely lacquered - it offers excellent grip, as you can benefit from the wood's natural structure. In between the plyo box elements, we use magnetic connectors to guarantee that they stay safely on top of each other when you perform your plyometric jumps. We use extremely robust rubbercork for the top mat, which both absorbs some of the impact of your plyometric jumps and keeps you from slipping.
