Review: More reliably neutral than oat milk in coffees - I can't really understand why anyone would give this stuff a bad review. It's the most neutral tasting milk alternative that I've tried and works extremely well in lattes and the like as the Barista name suggests. The foaming is also not an issue... I find it foams thicker than actual milk, although this no doubt depends on your equipment, and if you want beautiful latte art, that might pose more of a challenge. The biggest reason is I like Sproud is that I find that oat milk to be extremely variable and sometimes gives you a really strong flavour note that you didn't want. Sproud doesn't do that, it's predictable. I don't love it on cereal but in foamed coffees, I encourage you to try it.

This is by far the best non-dairy milk I have had. I has a really hard time finding non-dairy milk that did not interfere with espresso/coffee's flavor and this one by far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this milk for coffee, cooking, and anything else you would use milk for.
