The legs have like a grip at the bottom so they don’t ride up at all whilst swimming I find. Literally get in and swim and not worry about anything being out of place. I like feeling covered up and tend to wear mine with a rash guard t shirt over it sometimes too for a little extra warmth (I have arthritis) and to cover my upper arms as well. Love that this has a fully covered back on it which seems to be very rare in swimming costumes these days - never have to worry about my spinal surgery scars being seen by anyone. I swim most days of the week and they last me a few months in a pool that has a LOT of chlorine in it before you then get the patches of thinning material in some areas from the chlorine - occasional (or outdoor) swimmers would probably find it lasts them far longer. This is about the same as the time I get out of other brands I’ve worn too, chlorine damage wise. I love these costumes so much, and find them so comfortable to wear and swim in that £20 delivered every few months I don’t mind paying at all. As a guide, I weigh just over 11 stone and a size 14 fits me perfectly. With the length of the legs, I’m 5’1” and the leg stops just above my knee. I am now looking forward to going swimming again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ first impression - good swimming suit *by I***K on 14 March 2018* I chose this suit because of my allergic reaction to glue and need of protecting skin in the swimming pool. This suit is just right - easy to put on, the lining covers entire front (up to the bottom of the legs). This means, it had no glued plastic hygiene protection and to try it you need to keep your underwear. The breast pads are fitted and not easily removable. The legs are a bit long - reach down to my knees. The sizing is a good guess - it is actually described as XXL but it's sold as size 14, which is what I usually buy. I suppose that it would be ideal fit for tall women (I'm just 5'4''). Shorter ladies should try a smaller size. I cannot comment yet how it performs, because I haven't used it yet. Note - the free hat is made with the same fabric as the contract parts of the suit.
