I have the one that is motion activated rather than microchip** A: Hi, yes, these bowls are suitable for the SureFeed microchip feeder as well as the motion activated SureFeed sealed pet bowl. **Q: what are these made of?** A: Plastic with a rubber rim, I think! I’ve found them ideal and easy to keep clean and they don’t break when I drop them. I did try the metal dishes but the rubber rim eventually came off leaving a sharp edge which could cause an animal to cut itself. **Q: Can 2 cats microchips be used on one bowl?** A: It can be programmed with several microchips so more than one cat can use each one. **Q: Does the split bowl work with the inbuilt scales on the connect feeder. both wet and dry food seperatly or do you need to use the small single bowls.** A: Many thanks for your question. The Split Bowls do not work with the feeder connect. You will need to use the Half bowls.
