They attach easily and stay on great (didn't glue the pvc structure) while moving the structure from floor to stairs. However, the ends of this structure are not enclosed by the tarp and it is essentially a wind tunnel when the winds blow hard. So, when the first strong wind came, all but the end pieces flew off like popcorn lol. The ones on the end where the tarp does not become a parachute of sorts will stay on most of the time though and are easily replaced when they do pop off from the wind. Only the wind tunnel effect is making them fall off. Otherwise, they are a great product! Review: They work exactly as needed. - These work perfectly for our garden row covers. I've used them multiple times over a couple years now and they work well. I use pvc pipe as a row cover with a frost cloth. These hold the blanket pretty secure. Even in wind I've only had a couple pop off and it was probably the way I had them on.
