## Description

Optima 49 dual flush push button from Siamp is compatible with the Optima 49 dual flush valve. The front of the button features a simple, elegant design in a beautiful chrome finish. The button features an easy clean design for additional hygiene and is ideal for high traffic areas with it's reliable directly connected mechanism which should ensure that this button stands the test of time. This button requires a 38 mm hole without the shroud and an 18 mm hole with the shroud.

Review: Perfect for Siphon - This model only fit one brand of Siphon. Make sure you have the correct one. I tried universal ones previously and was frustrated that they didn't fit. After taking a photo of my Siphon and checking the brand and number could I be sure not to make the same mistake. Really easy to fit, prefect. Still working and would buy again.

**Q: Does this one sit flush with the cistern?**
A: Ah - Sorry, my mistake no it does not fit flush with the cistern, all of the surround sits proud by approximately 20 mm. My mistake, have purchased 2 different types recently and got the 2 mixed up. - Again my apologiees

A: I tried superglue, only a temporary measure, its just cheap plastic, as are most dual flush toilet push buttons.  You need to replace the push button assembly, it just screws out and you screw the new one in, don't over tighten it, it's quite flimsy.

**Q: I have a plumbsure Newbury toilet does anyone know if this will fit ?**
A: Im not 100% the make of my toilet, this comes in two parts, i take the chunky bit off the button and it fits pefect. Hope this helps

**Q: I have an Impulse Kapello BTW toilet and wondered if this flush button would fit. The diameter of the existing one is 6 cms?**
A: Sorry, the diameter of this one is over 10cm

This model only fit one brand of Siphon. Make sure you have the correct one. I tried universal ones previously and was frustrated that they didn't fit. Bought two of these and at a very reasonable price after looking around. Easy to fit to both toilets and still working. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replaces low flow toilet flush push buttons

If you have a home built in the last 5 or 6 years and have low flow flushing toilets there is a chance you may have trouble finding replacement push buttons flushes. This one was delivered in no-nonsense packaging, on time and as described. If so then this may be well what your looking for. There is no obvious makers mark on the default buttons but if you look at the mechanism in the cistern and look for "siamp" images then you will be able to tell if this is the type you need. The item itself is of plastic construction (and it looks like it) but seems solid enough. It was supplied with a spacing collar which I didn't need for my particular cistern. It installed in seconds and worked with no issue at all. In all honesty I was just glad to finally find a viable replacement. If need any more information on the item please use the question and answer function and I'll do my best to help.
