Pharma Nord Bio-Active Q10 Ubiquinol (Active QH) 100mg-150caps

I have used this product for a long time, discovered by Dr Tse in Japan 10+ years ago. It is important to make sure it is the Ubiquinol form as it has a much better absorbsion rate in the body. As we age we make less and less of Q10 leading to all sorts of health problem. If you are on Statins then it is imperative to use this suplement or the cheaper Ubiquinone as Research Scientists knew 12 years ago that stains block this vital enzyme. Because of the cost of adding it they swept it under the carpet. Only recently this came to light. This is the reason why so many on Statins suffer from muscle weakness but returned to normal after coming off them. Sadly the message will eventually filter through that it is not cholesterol that causes blocked up arteries it is oxidisation that creates the damaging plaque. Having said that avoiding animal fats that create the LDL cholesterol is very important but never cook with Olive Oil the good fat (HDL) because heat changes the structure causing it to become carceogenic. This particular Q10 is expensive but it is one time where you get what you pay for. It also lowers blood pressure as well as Cholesterol and gives that extra energy spark amongst many other positive benefits. Latest research shows that having too little cholesterol is damaging. Always ask the doctor for the ratio between HDL the good fat and LDL the bad fats.

Over priced

My son has a mysterious illness which baffles even his specialist. However, I read up about CoQ10 and thought at the very worst it could do no harm. He has been taking it for over 3 years, ran out of it recently and thought he could do without it. Within a couple of days, he rang for me to get another supply as he was noticably a lot worse without it. His specialist approved of it, too.

It states on the packet that BioActive Q10 may well help to maintain a healthy heart, muscles and immune system and this may well be true. In my case I had sore gums and taking these tablets has seemingly halted the gum decline and I have had no heart, muscle or immune system problems. At 72 and getting older by the minute it is nice to find a product that appears to work so would recommend it to anyone.

I LOVED IT

The item appears to be all right but the packaging was damaged and the pack inside was also open. The capsule blisters appear undamaged.

Have been using these for years, good product. The retailer is not relevant as this can be bought very easily
