A: More like true to size.

A: Not exactly sure but I bought a couple different dresses, and this was the thickest nicest quality. Like an actual dress not a costume.

**Q: Was shipping faster than expected? I have an event before the estimated delivery and wanted to see if by chance it came quicker for those that ordered**
A: It will arrive the day it said it would, unless you do a rush delivery.

**Q: Does this have fluff or should I get a petticoat?**
A: It does have fluff to it. Actually, very impressed with this dress. I thought I would have to remove the fake gem, but it was a pin.
