The night before id had a terrible night's sleep through itchy nose and sneezing as I don't feel this product works 24hrs. It wears off much quicker. I'm a smaller person too so I was thinking that's why I was so tired but then it didn't actually last that long. It works while it's working. I went from sneezing around 60 times a day to only sneezing in the evening. This year for me has been a really bad hay-fever year.
