The paint itself is reasonably stiff - A really lovely oil set for the price. I topped it up with some brighter colours from another supplier, but as a base set, these are great. The paint itself is reasonably stiff, and the colours are vibrant. You may need a violet or pink just to get those kinds of tones but other than that if you do anything naturalistic as a painter these absolutely do a great job. I appreciate the work that goes into these to make them as non-toxic as possible. Review: I was so happy when these arrived - So so happy with these, I opened them as soon as they arrived. Was expecting them to come after the 9th june but I received a email saying they will be coming before.
