Review: A joy to work with - Yes, these are genuine copics, and they work as well as you'd expect. The brushes are a joy do draw with and the colours are vibrant. The blue and the purple are quite rich instead of pastel, which I should have expected given how closely the ink matches the colour of the tips. If you want to create gradients, I would recommend investing in a blender pen which comes with some sets, but not this one. Whereas you can easily blend the lighter colours by overlapping them, it doesn't work with more vibrant hues.

A: These are real Copic markers.

**Q: Do you need a specific type of sketchbook and paper to use these or is there a type specifically made to handle copic markers?**
A: you can use a normal  sketch pad but dependant on quality of paper ink can bleed though

**Q: Are these refillable?**
A: Yes I haven’t ever filled myself but you can purchase refill ink

**Q: I'm looking for a light skin tone pen would these be suitable?**
A: Yes, they come in a range of skin tones - you can purchase a box of them. My daughter uses these in her artwork (which she sells) and although expensive, she doesn't use anything else.

Yes, these are genuine copics, and they work as well as you'd expect. The brushes are a joy do draw with and the colours are vibrant. If you want to create gradients, I would recommend investing in a blender pen which comes with some sets, but not this one.
