The product is very well made and I particularly liked the accessory which enables you to use a door jamb as an anchor. This feature, which is non damaging to the frame, enables the user to adjust the height of the bands thus giving the correct height for any chosen exercise. The product is well presented and good value.

It comes with example exercises in a booklet, they are a but basic but if you know what you want to do and use a little imagination you can cover most body parts really well. I really liked this product, the different coloured bands, identifying the varying resistances, are a good feature. The product is very well made and I particularly liked the accessory which enables you to use a door jamb as an anchor. This feature, which is non damaging to the frame, enables the user to adjust the height of the bands thus giving the correct height for any chosen exercise. The product is well presented and good value.

I wanted to use these for a few weeks before I reviewed them. I have to say I'm very impressed. They really are a weight gym in a bag. I am not talking body building, but if you want to do weight training these are really good. I liked the added clear tubing to protect the band from where it was hooked on/ if putting your foot on it. Good set with both handles and leg/arm bands. The only suggestion I would make is to label the bands with weight equivalents or include a permanent card with the weights instead of the bit of paper.
