Outstanding product! I bake so much. I've purchased many different makes of this kind of sugar in the past. But this IS MOST DEFINITELY the finest quality I have ever come across. I'll never have to look for a different supplier ever again!The 'lumps' are quite large (which I prefer) if I need a smaller size, I can crush these under a glass jar.Fantastic quality, and at a reasonable price!I have one small suggestion for the sellers; would you please consider selling this pearl sugar in a large quantity? Something about the size of 500g would be REALLY useful & convenient.

I have been looking for this sugar for ages, it is perfect for all cakes, buns etc.  It can be put onto buns before baking and they come out of the oven looking quite professional.  I am really pleased with this item and will buy again.
