Review: Good clean power source. - It’s plugged into a Furman power strip. It gave a little extra needed power to the effects that were neglected by a daisy chain. It was enough to make me have to adjust pedals. The result is that I am getting a better tone with less effects.
Review: Great functionality for the price! - I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to share my experience. I bought this power supply to support my 500 mA pedals. I still had some noise, I was convinced it was the power supply and told myself I'd get something higher end later. That was 3 months ago Today I decided to swap a Voodoo Lab x8 onto my board. I thought that this would get rid of the noise. I wanted to see some numbers, so I ended up taking some dB readings on the amp between the 2 power supplies. I tested with 2 500 mA pedals, with 1, with/without drive, with/without sustain, at different volume levels. My board is a Julia, Vox Wah, polytune 3, chroma console (500 mA), Dream 65 Turns out: the Strich supply made no more than 3 dB of noise than the Voodoo Lab x8 on all of the effects. This was super shocking but impressive for me (I ended up later finding out the noise was due to one of my pedals). To be honest the 3 dB was barely noticeable, when you're gigging you don't even notice those types of dB differences. Some example numbers: 75 / 78 with drives on 58 / 60 without drives I'm gonna return the x8 - this Strich power supply was more than enough for my needs. For the price this is a really good deal.

## Features

- 10 INDEPENDENT OUTPUTS: STRICH guitar pedal power supply include 6 x 9V 100mA, 2 x 9V 500mA, 1 x 12V 100mA, and 1 x 18V 100mA
- 4 TOP AC OUTLET SOCKET HOLES: 4 double-ended socket holes of guitar pedalboard power supply, output the same voltage as the external voltage Eg: 4 outputs which can charge speakers, musical instruments, and withstand a maximum power of 600w
- 1.0 INDEPENDENT POWER CONTROL TECHNOLOGY: This system employs individual positive supply control for each output port, enabling fully isolated outputs with built-in noise reduction. It ensures that if one or more channels short-circuit, the remaining channels continue to operate normally, guaranteeing each port provides clean, regulated DC power
- LOWER NOISE SUPPLY: STRICH pedal board power supply built-in with a powerful noise filter, using high-quality heat-dissipating aluminum alloy materials, generating less heat, which makes it light, and portable
- BLUE LED INDICATOR: Bright blue LED for pedal board power supply lighting, which can indicate short circuits

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why is there some noise when using my pedal power supply?**
A: Noise is usually from external factors: unclean power from shared outlets, nearby WiFi/phone interference, loose cables, or high-gain/digital pedals amplifying small signals. It’s rarely an issue with the power supply itself.

**Q: Can my power outlet or wiring cause pedal noise?**
A: Yes. Old, unstable outlets or shared power strips with computers/lights create impure power. Moving pedals while powered can also loosen connections and cause mild current noise.

**Q: Does location affect power supply noise (commercial vs residential)?**
A: Commercial areas often have complex 3-phase power, elevators, and servers that cause more ground interference. Residential areas have cleaner single-phase power but may still have minor noise from aging wiring.

**Q: Why do some pedals make more noise than others with the same power?**
A: High-gain pedals (distortion/overdrive/fuzz) amplify all signals including noise. Digital pedals (delay/reverb/looper) are sensitive to power quality and more likely to pick up high-frequency interference.

**Q: Can cables or nearby devices cause power-related noise?**
A: Yes. Poorly shielded or loose audio cables introduce noise. Phones, WiFi routers, and other adapters placed too close can also create electromagnetic interference with your pedal setup.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working flawlessly so far. Nice and compact PLUS an AC Outlet - UPDATE!! Please Read
*by A***O on November 10, 2023*

I have some fairly pricey pedals so was a little skeptical as it is not a popular brand and I've never heard of this brand before. But the reviews looked good and I needed something small but with an AC outlet for a VERY high power consuming pedal and after hours and hours of searching finally found this It fit the bill perfectly and I'm still blown away at the price. Not a big name power supply but so far works just as good as anything else I've had in the past and a very nice small footprint. Love it!! UPDATE: Okay, recently bought a new power amp as well as running different high gain pedals. I had a slight background high pitch and it took quite a while to figure out what it was. It ended up being this power supply. Now this is at VERY loud volumes using SUPER high gain and when I stopped sharing daisy chain cables and went individually it got better but I was still; not quite comfortable as it seems to get better and worse and even though you could barley hear it I can't take that risk if I ever play out live or go into a studio so I'm going to get something different. But for this price?? Heck, you can't beat it so I left the 5 stars remaining
