The cookies & cream flavour tastes great without being overly sweet or artificial, and it mixes well with water or milk to give a smooth consistency with very few lumps. Each serving provides 24g of protein for only 120 calories, making it an easy way to increase protein intake without adding too many calories. One feature I particularly like is the packaging. It comes in a sturdy plastic tub rather than a bag, which makes it much easier to scoop, store and keep tidy. The scoop was also easy to find inside. Overall, it offers good value for money, tastes good, and does exactly what I want from a whey protein. I'll happily order it again.
